Carol O'Callaghan

Carol O’Callaghan embarked on her career in dental nursing in 2002. In September 2014, she joined the team at One Devonshire Place to cover maternity leave and was later offered a permanent position in 2015. Showing initiative and dedication, Carol accepted the position of Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator in 2018.

Carol truly enjoys her role as a treatment coordinator. She is often the first point of contact for patients, discussing their concerns and presenting them with various treatment options. Her responsibilities continue throughout the patients’ orthodontic journey, offering them consistent support.

Seeing the transformation from the start to the completion of treatment is what Carol finds the most rewarding. She appreciates the working environment at One Devonshire Place and values being part of the dedicated team there. The relationships built with patients are of utmost importance to her and the team, which prioritises providing the best experience throughout the patient’s journey.

Away from her professional duties, Carol savours spending quality time with her partner and their two children, Lily and Tom. She enjoys socialising with friends, exploring new places, and reading, along with outdoor activities.

In addition to her extensive experience, Carol has qualifications in Dental Nursing, Radiography, and Impression Taking, making her a well-rounded professional in her field.
